MEETING MINUTES - JANUARY 13, 2005
The January meeting was held on January 13, 2005, at the Watch City Brewery in Waltham. I did not get an exact head count but about ten members showed, including a new member Susan Lovoie who recently purchased a 1953 TD. Because of the noise level it was difficult to hold the meeting but here are the highlights (I hope).
The NEXT meeting will be held on February 10, 2005, at Bison Country. The restaurant is located on Moody Street in Waltham, almost across the street from the Watch City Brewery. We are open for suggestions for other meeting places north, south or west so don't be afraid to suggest a place.
At the next meeting we will looking to suggest a slate of officer to be elected at the March 10 meeting. The positions available and the current officer holders are as follows:
Vice President Mike Nadeau
Treasurer Mike Burgess
Secretary Janice LeBlanc
Adam Owens expires 2006
Barbara Day expires 2007
Also we have agreed to the Edaville show again in October. I can't remember what date we agreed on but it think it was two weeks after Stowe to give everyone time to recuperate.
Finally DUES are due! several people paid at the last meeting. You can pay at the next or send your $15.00 made out to the Boston Area MG Club (along with your name and address to Boston Area MG Club c/o Erickson & Snook, 420 Washington St, Braintree, MA 02184.
