MGB Race Car And Parts For Sale

A friend is selling his MGB race car and a bunch of parts. Included is a B for parts (yellow and green) with a hard top. The car with the roll bar has a modified B race motor. I do not know much about the cars or parts, all I know is there are lots of parts both used and new. He is looking for $2500.00 for the lot (I think).

If you could post them on the BAMG site it would be appreciated. It must go as a lot. I don't believe he will break up the "stuff". If you want to talk to him he can be reached at 508-866-9464. His name is Todd. He is another wedge guy and a nice person.

For Sale: 1973 MGB Rolling Chassis

This rolling chassis is in excellent condition. There is one dent in the front of the hood, the rest of the body is unrusted and straight. If you have a good driveline and interior with a rusty body this is a great solution. It does not have a title or vin number on it so it will need an original car to give it proper identification. It is located behind a body shop in Southboro and can be seen during the day. Call 508-259-6314 for more information. The first person with the cash is the winner.

For Sale: Senator Scott Brown's 1980 MGB

Last year of the B, rubber bumper car, rust-free, strong engine, good paint, and good interior. The seats are cloth and need some minor repair or replacement (good enough for a driver quality car).

The car is running fine. The top is fair, but certainly good enough - no rips, tears, signs of wear. The plastic does show some age. The wheels and tires are in good condition.

Asking $9000.

For Sale: 1967 MG Midget

I have for sale a 1967 MG Midget. (Title says 1968, but was made in 1967 and sold in 1968)

Roof Frame is in good condition, Roof itself is a bit patchy, but all there. But who really puts a roof up on a Midget anyway! Needs New front shock absorbers. Inexpensive to fix. Car is mostly there, just needs someone to give it a little bit of TLC and it will be in beautiful condition.

Engine Starts right up every single time, without hesitation. Goes all the way through the rev-band flawlessly. Drives great around town. Tons of looks and waves every time i take it out. Such a fun little car to cruise in!

Looking to get $3750 or best reasonable offer.

Roll Bar is brand new and can be had for an extra $450. ($560 new)

Wanted: Chrome Bumper MGB

Looking for a chrome bumper MGB with okay cosmetics and mechanics and no rust for $5K-$7K. If you know of one for sale, please contact Dean Saluti at 617-285-6565.

For Sale: 1951 MGTD

Antique White with black interior. An all original car from the second owner in need of a loving home and some TLC. This is a very solid and complete car that will make a terrific base for a first class restoration. Car was garage kept until the last few years, when it was kept in a barn and the paint crazed. Leather seats and wood dash are in great shape. The engine was started and ran just before it was put in dry storage this past winter, but will need attention, as will the brakes. The top is there, but has come loose from the wood mountings.

We are looking for the right person to take this project on, love her and her history and who wants to bring her back to her former glory. It will be a rewarding experience and a comfort for her former owner to see her run and be enjoyed.

Car is in storage in the Franklin area and can be seen by appointment only and additional pictures are available. Asking a very fair $8000 or B.O. Contact Kurt at kurt@kfsteele.com or 617-245-4527 (Days).

I spent over $2000 last year on mechanical improvements. Also comes with the following:

I had plans to finish restoring to show quality, but have too many cars. I bought it for $6000 and have spent over $2500 on repairs and parts. I' think $7000 is fair.
